Hard Seal/Case
Our freeze protection metal jacket is constructed from preformed insulation (typically fiberglass or mineral wool) and aluminum metal jacketing designed specifically for industrial piping and equipment exposed to harsh weather. All insulation is cut to match the exact pipe diameter, ensuring full coverage with no gaps.
The metal jacket consists of preformed aluminum sections that wrap around the insulated pipe. Metal jacket is secured using stainless-steel banding to prevent shifting during operations. Metal jacketing cannot be removed and reused.
